We offer 13 fully restored cottages of various sizes, sleeping from 2 to 6 guests each. Our 150’ sandy beach on the best part of Spofford Lake, with two 80’ boat docks, provide a wonderful vacation experience.
Make use of our BBQ and picnic facilities on the beach, a camp fire pit (for evening enjoyment), our kayaks and canoes for boating fun (or bring your own motorized or sail boats), or simply relax and enjoy the gorgeous views.
Nearby Brattleboro Vermont or Keene NH (10 minute drive to either) offer great restaurants, movies, golf and other fun things to enjoy.
Each cottage comes fully furnished and equipped with:

Kitchen, including dishes & glassware, silverware, pots & pans

Sink, range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster. Most cottages also have an oven (all but Jail and Blacksmith).

Bed linens, towels & wash cloths, initial supply of paper products

Affectionately known as the "Jail", this is the smallest of our cottages but of course comes with no less opportunity to enjoy the lake and surrounding area. Its a perfect for a simple getaway and even provides a great opportunity to try out "tiny house" living.

The Library is one of the most desirable cottages for its lake views that can be enjoyed on a covered porch. A perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee on a New England morning. Newly renovated (updated pictures to follow), this cottage has a bunk bed with a queen below, a twin above, and a futon which opens into a double – A perfect family cottage!
Post Office Cottage

Sitting high on the property, this cottage offers partial lake views and a private spot back from the road. This cabin sleeps five and is perfect for a week-long family getaway.

This is one of two cottages with a sleeping loft and separate bedroom. The Village Hall has picturesque lake views and a spacious outdoor deck for dining and relaxation. This is a great option for a larger family or two couples who vacation together.

This cottage is adjacent to the Parsonage and shares the stunning views and easy access to parking. Ironically named the Honeymoon, this cottage will sleep four with its full size bed and sleeper couch combination. (fire place not functional)
School House Cottage

Sitting adjacent to the post office this cottage also offers beautiful lake views and overlooks the whole property. This cottage sleeps four and is equipped with everything you'll need for your next lakefront vacation.

The Blacksmith Cottage was renovated in 2017 with new wood floors, kitchen cabinets, and appliances. Its a well equipped and comfortable cottage for any length of stay. You can comfortably sleep four in this cottage.

The church is the largest cottage offering a full separate bedroom, large living and dining room, and spacious sleeping loft. It sits right in the center of the property and has beautiful lake view and wonderful outdoor dining space.
